i have finally commited myself to my daughters school christmas shopping night, where i will be selling my cards and jewellery for the first time. so now i just have to get some cards and jewellery made, got off to a good start today, made these springy cards using my penny black stamps, also made 21 simple christmas cards making sure each is slightly different. just have to try and keep up the momentum now and try to stay of the computer as i seem to accomplish more when it is off, i am spending far too much blog hopping and on the do crafts forum

it was my sons first birthday on the 19th and this was the card i made for him, i made the backing paper myself using wordart and various fonts on a blue background with white writing, the images are rubber stamps from penny black inc which i stamped onto white paper and with one of my alphabet stamps i spelt out the word son, then matted and layered onto some blue card which i then attached to the main card with some brads, hope you like

Welcome to my first blog entry

I found out yesterday that i have won a place on the funky fairies craft design team and i am so chuffed with myself, i haven't really won anything before, i cannot wait to start receiving the kits and getting to work on them, just hope i don't let the funky fairy down.

I love creating cards and jewellery and just as soon as i have worked out how to operate this blog properly you will be seeing plenty of my cards and other bits and bobs
